Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department
Manage and operate a multi-line phone system, including answering inbound calls and transferring them efficiently
Maintain an organized front desk area by handling filing and other administrative tasks
Respond to inquiries in a courteous manner and provide accurate information about the organization
Schedule appointments and assist with basic office operations as needed
Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondence is properly managed and distributed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Support other departments with clerical tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Basic knowledge of office equipment and filing systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work part-time hours as required
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer service
