Checks in guest in an efficient and friendly manner
Checks out guest at end of stay
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
Utilizes a variety of computer systems
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Accepts reservations, changes and cancellations
Handle the FS chat and respond to the guest requests
Compete the daily tasks assigned
Preparation for all the essential of the pre-arrival phase
Handle guest requests, complaints, and any special problems
Understand and respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
Always maintain cleanliness of working area
Align with Forbes & LQA standards
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume
Provides basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services
Works closely with Bell Staff
Perform other duties or projects as assigned by hotel & department management
