A professional services firm is seeking a polished and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is key to creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment. The ideal candidate values professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while supporting daily office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct incoming calls, including new client inquiries
Greet visitors and assist with parking and check-in
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Coordinate conference rooms, visitor offices, and meeting setups (including catering and AV)
Order food, office supplies, and maintain inventory for common areas
Set up workspaces for new hires and visiting staff
Maintain breakroom cleanliness and stock supplies
Assist with office equipment (copiers, paper, toner)
Submit maintenance requests and coordinate with building management
Support planning and setup of office events and holiday décor
Handle administrative tasks such as scanning documents and assisting with signings
Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
