We are seeking a friendly, detail oriented, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests and employees.
Job Responsibility
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership
Maintain visitor logs and issue badges as needed
Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation
Order office supplies and support general office operations
Handle inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate departments
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume front desk
Nice to have
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
