Our company is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functions.
Job Responsibility
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains organized and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and assist with check-in procedures
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Monitor and order office supplies when necessary
Support internal teams with clerical and customer service-related tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
Strong attention to detail, along with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal staff
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain composure in an office environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple front desk tasks
Experience working in a services or legal office setting is preferred
Ability to represent the firm positively through a neat appearance and appropriate conduct
