Job Description

Our company is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains organized and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and assist with check-in procedures
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Monitor and order office supplies when necessary
  • Support internal teams with clerical and customer service-related tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
  • Strong attention to detail, along with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal staff
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain composure in an office environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple front desk tasks
  • Experience working in a services or legal office setting is preferred
  • Ability to represent the firm positively through a neat appearance and appropriate conduct
