The role of the Front Desk Receptionist at Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. Respond to guest requests, handle interactions professionally, resolve complaints, and assist with hotel service inquiries. Requires high school education, 1-3 years luxury experience, computer skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to a wide variety of the guest requests by accurately assessing the needs and offering personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Resolves gusts complaints
Assists in all inquiries in connection with the hotel services
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residences practices
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent experience
One to three years of experience in a luxury environment
Prior experience in Guest Experience or Rooms department is highly desirable
Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment
Ability to read and speak and write English and Spanish
Understand and familiar with quality standards and service standards of the hotel
Highest level of integrity and transparency
Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Reasonable problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
