Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and manage front desk reception
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

Requirements:
1+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer-service focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic office systems
