We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Lindsay, California. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and managing communication flow.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and operate a multi-line phone system, efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments
Respond to inbound calls with professionalism and provide accurate information to callers
Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or appointments
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and welcoming
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry as needed
Monitor and coordinate switchboard operations for up to 10 phone lines
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Provide part-time support for front desk operations when required
Address customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate personnel
Uphold company standards for customer service and confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented approach with exceptional customer service skills
Familiarity with basic administrative duties such as scheduling and data entry
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in all tasks
Availability to work part-time hours as needed
