We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to provide temporary coverage for a busy public-facing office. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and callers, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
Job Responsibility
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet visitors and assist with directing them to the appropriate department, counter, or staff member
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Process light cashiering transactions, including accepting payments and issuing receipts
Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain reception and lobby areas in a professional and organized manner
Assist with general administrative duties as assigned
Support daily office operations while balancing multiple requests and priorities
Requirements
Excellent customer service and front desk presence
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional and dependable work ethic
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Nice to have
Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience
