Job Responsibility
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
Manage the front desk, greet guests, and ensure a professional office environment
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
Support vendor management and coordinate with service providers as needed
Order, organize, and stock office and kitchen supplies
Assist with a variety of administrative and operational projects
Coordinate office-related requests and provide support to internal teams
Maintain organized records and documentation
Handle multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of customer service and phone experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Tech-savvy with proficiency using Mac computers
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Suite)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a technology company environment preferred
Prior experience using Slack is a plus
