Job Description:

The Front Desk Receptionist & Office Manager supports the team and reports directly to the Operations & Events Manager.You’ll help create a welcoming, organized, and inspiring environment for our employees and guests while keeping the day-to-day office operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and vendors professionally and warmly
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a tidy workplace and keep kitchen shelves stocked
  • Ensure smooth office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and keeping our plants alive
  • Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
  • Issue new employee equipment (setting up workstations, activating key cards)
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company lunches, team events, birthdays, offsites, and overall office culture
  • Be the go-to helper for “Can you just…?” requests from the team
