• Providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to each guest
• Creating magic moments throughout the guest’s stay
• Creating memorable first impressions for our guests
• Providing information about the resort and local area
• Offering a full range of hotel amenities and services
• Settling guest accounts upon check-out
• Resolving guest issues
• Completing special requests in accordance with our service values during the overnight shift
• Advising guests of current activities so they can make the most of their stay
• Being compassionate towards guest concerns and working with other departments to correct issues that arise
• Allowing your fun-loving personality to be a saving grace to a guest who is having a bad day
• Meeting guests from various parts of the country and even the world

• You like providing outstanding customer/guest service, meeting new people, as well as reconnecting with familiar guests who return year after year
• You enjoy the details
• You are approachable and hospitable

• You are flexible and always willing to learn more
• You achieved a high school diploma or equivalent
• You are comfortable handling payment transactions
• You have basic computer skills
• You are at least 18 years old
