Job Responsibility:
Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees of the Front Desk while ensuring guest satisfaction, particularly during guest arrival and departure
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Front Desk to ensure that established cultural and benchmark standards are met
Work closely with other departments in the Hotel to provide a seamless, luxury guest experience
Long-range strategic planning for department operation
Requirements:
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/hospitality management
Two to three years previous experience in a supervisory or management position in Rooms
Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays
Must be fluent in English
Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
