Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees of the Front Desk while ensuring guest satisfaction, particularly during guest arrival and departure
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Front Desk to ensure that established cultural and benchmark standards are met
  • Work closely with other departments in the Hotel to provide a seamless, luxury guest experience
  • Long-range strategic planning for department operation

Requirements:

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/hospitality management
  • Two to three years previous experience in a supervisory or management position in Rooms
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
