Job Description

Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff; Position ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes department performance; Responsible for maintaining guest service and training staff to meet operational goals; Manages policies, projects, and team collaboration for exceptional guest experiences

Job Responsibility

  • Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and standards
  • Handles complaints, settling disputes, managing grievances
  • Supervises staffing levels and ensures operational needs are met
  • Provides services above and beyond for customer satisfaction
  • Interacts with guests for feedback on service levels
  • Implements customer recognition/service program
  • Trains staff and ensures policy adherence
  • Supports the developmental needs of others through coaching and mentoring
  • Supervises daily Front Desk operations
  • Supervises and manages employees

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
