Role Overview: The Front Office team is a revenue-driving function, not just a support role. We are specifically looking for candidates who are highly presentable, professional, and have strong sales orientation, especially in upselling and cross-selling within a customer-facing environment like gaming zones/FECs. Key Responsibilities: Driving card sales (this is the primary revenue stream and a critical KPI); Active upselling and cross-selling of gaming packages and offers; Handling walk-in customers, bookings, and overall front office operations; Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions; Ensuring a high-energy, engaging customer experience at the center. Candidate Expectation: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Extremely well-groomed and presentable personality; Proven ability or inclination towards target-based sales roles; Prior experience in gaming zones, hospitality, retail, or FEC industry preferred; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.
