Our client, a professional services firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Front Desk Manager to join their team. This position will serve from 6-8 weeks with potential to extend and will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Compensation is up to $25/hr.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as front desk coverage and primary point of contact
Greet visitors and offer refreshments
Answer main line calls, direct calls, and take messages
Reserve conference rooms and manage the conference calendar
Enter visitors into building security
Handle packages, mail, and office supply deliveries
Order office supplies, put away items, and take inventory
Scan documents
Assist with lunch ordering, setup, and cleanup on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Occasionally assist with taking payments
Requirements:
2+ years of front desk, reception, or office support experience
