Job Description

As a Key Holder you exhibit an aptitude for managerial responsibilities. Ensure the team creates an unexpected, warm, and wonderful spa and shopping experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations and inspires them to come back often. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the front desk team need to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized guest service to achieve all sales and guest service targets. If you are an ambitious self-starter, with previous retail/hospitality experience, looking for your first supervisory experience then this is the perfect role for you and the first step towards a long term and fulfilling career with a leader in the spa industry

Job Responsibility

  • Arrive early to open & leave late to close the spa
  • Experience with point-of-sale software
  • Ensuring the spa is in perfect condition, clean and organized for our guests
  • Help drive retail sales and prebook appointment schedules
  • Operating the alarm system, including setting and disarming
  • Attending to guests’ requests
  • Communication with leadership on spa and teams needs
  • Overseeing the cleaning and delivery staff
  • Identify problems with working conditions and share with leadership team
  • Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Spa Director or Assistant Managers

Requirements

  • Prefer 2+ years of sales or Hospitality experience
  • While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast past environment
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
  • Complex computer skills
  • Must be available for early and late shifts as well as weekends
  • Professional demeanor and friendly nature
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Reliable transportation to the store
  • Ability to sell product and re-book guests for future appointments
