Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a motivated Front Desk Intern to join the Team, starting from September 2026 for six months. This role will provide engaging, sincere, personalized guest assistance which has always been the key element of our legendary service. The Front Desk Intern will be a service ambassador for our hotel and deliver only the best exceptional guest experience, ensuring our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Job Responsibility
Assist in check-in procedures using guest name whenever possible following all Four Seasons standards and accommodating guests' needs whenever possible
Handle all guest interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible in an accurate and timely manner
Support in coordinating room status updates with the Team, by notifying them of all group checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins and special requests
Customise in-house guests reservations and update guests profiles using company software
Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed
Requirements
Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences
Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
