We are looking for a Front Desk Guest Services Coordinator to support a welcoming and well-organized hotel experience for visitors. This contract position focuses on delivering attentive front-desk service, coordinating guest needs, and helping daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with travelers, managing reservations, and providing prompt assistance in a hospitality setting.
Job Responsibility
Welcome arriving guests, provide clear guidance throughout the property, and respond to questions in a detail-oriented manner
Coordinate check-in and check-out activities while maintaining accurate reservation and guest service records
Assist visitors with concierge-style support, including local recommendations, directions, and general travel-related needs
Monitor front desk activity and handle receptionist responsibilities to ensure efficient daily service
Support room booking processes, confirm reservation details, and communicate updates to appropriate hotel staff
Help maintain inventory for guest-facing supplies and report restocking needs to keep operations prepared
Address guest concerns with care and urgency, escalating issues when needed to preserve a high standard of service
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, front desk support, or a similar guest-facing role
Ability to assist and direct guests with professionalism, patience, and strong customer service skills
Working knowledge of hotel reservation practices and general concierge support responsibilities
Experience handling receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and coordinating information
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tracking or supporting store and supply inventory for daily operational needs
Clear verbal communication skills and a dependable, service-oriented approach to guest interactions
