Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts take initiative to deliver services guiding guests through their entire stay, empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. They ensure transactions feel like part of the experience while upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards including Employee Promise, Credo and Service Values.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests smooth check-in and check-out
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Delivering wide range of services guiding guests through entire stay
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing highlights of local area
Creating safe work place
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Protecting company assets
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
