You’ll be working from our new purpose-built, state of the art HQ in Halesowen with some flexibility to cover other sites as required, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining consistent standards of client care. Our new site is our flagship building. You’ll be the face of Hayley creating an exceptional first impression and professional front of house ‘service with a smile’ experience. You’ll be adept at problem solving, remaining calm under pressure, proactively supporting the needs of our staff, clients and business partners. Your ability to resolve queries and issues will be the cornerstone to your success in this role. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional and memorable experience for all visitors at HQ.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and settle all visiting staff, customers and guests creating a warm and welcoming environment
Manage site stationery and kitchen supplies
Log visitors in and out
Serve beverages
Meeting room set up / clear down
Deal with any maintenance problems
Support with arranging transport and accommodation for the group
Order from external caterers as appropriate
Requirements:
Excellent IT skills – experience of using MS Office suite of products i.e. Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience of calendar management, scheduling, room booking arrangements and diary management
Experience using telephone systems. Answering and directing inbound and outbound calls
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise
Smart and professional appearance
Ability to make an immediate impact
Confident in dealing with our staff, customers and guests upto Board level
Fast learner with the ability to work on an autonomous basis
Experience in similar lead front of house position from sectors including hospitality, retail or highend service environments
Someone who takes pride in maintaining a tidy and clean working environment
Experience of maintaining the highest H&S standards and evacuation procedures in collaboration with SHEQ Department
