Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and detail-oriented manner, ensuring a positive first impression at the front desk
Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries accurately, and relay messages promptly to the appropriate team members
Coordinate front office activities to maintain an orderly reception area and support smooth day-to-day operations
Sort, distribute, and route incoming mail and packages to the correct departments or individuals
Handle general email and phone correspondence with clear, timely, and detail-oriented communication
Assist with administrative front desk tasks as needed while adapting to changing priorities during the day
Support client-facing interactions by providing helpful information and responding to routine questions with a detail-oriented approach
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role
Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system with accuracy and confidence
Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling calls, messages, and correspondence
Comfortable managing mail distribution, package handling, and related daily office tasks
Positive attitude and detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with visitors, clients, and internal staff
