We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office professional who can quickly integrate into a busy environment and provide essential cover during a period of annual leave.
Job Responsibility
General office administration duties
Managing the front-of-house area and welcoming visitors
Handling staff enquiries and managing voicemail calls
Post management (incoming and outgoing)
Monitoring and responding to the general information inbox
Calendar management and coordination
Visitor management processes
Issuing security passes and allocating staff lockers
Replenishing office supplies and stock
Maintaining kitchen and stationery areas
Basic equipment troubleshooting
Requirements
Previous broad office experience is essential
Ability to quickly get up to speed and work independently
