We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Darien, Connecticut. In this Contract to permanent role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with evening and weekend availability.
Job Responsibility:
Process payments efficiently using the designated payment application
Print and organize menus for food and beverage offerings
Create, print, and display flyers to promote events and activities
Schedule and manage bookings for the golf simulator
Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the overall member experience
Provide receptionist support, including phone coverage and handling inquiries
Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
Collaborate with team members to address member needs effectively
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage bookings and appointments effectively
Proficiency in handling payment processing systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with administrative tasks and basic office equipment
