We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functions. This position is onsite working Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Coordinate office supplies and support day-to-day office operations
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 2 years of strong front desk and office administration experience
