We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Uniontown, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing administrative functions, supporting agency operations, and facilitating effective communication workflows. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about advancing the mission of a non-profit organization.
Job Responsibility:
Assign care management members to designated team members based on program criteria, geographic distribution, and workload considerations
Coordinate transitions between care managers and perform data reconciliation for members transferring programs
Maintain statistical records and generate monthly reports for MyCare Ohio Managed Care Organizations
Open new cases in Clinical Care Advance for incoming CareSource members
manage related reporting requirements
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, mail merges, presentations, and newsletter creation
Proofread and edit agency materials to uphold standards of accuracy and professionalism
Schedule and confirm executive appointments, manage correspondence, and assemble meeting packets
Organize agency luncheons, special events, and coordinate board mailing materials as needed
Serve as a backup for divisional support roles and assist during high workload periods
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support broader organizational performance objectives
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in reception or front desk duties, including managing switchboard systems with multiple lines
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for handling various administrative tasks
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inbound calls professionally
Experience with mail merge and data entry processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules and databases
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, members, and stakeholders
Nice to have:
Familiarity with non-profit operations or similar organizational environments
