We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or directions
Manage and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments
Provide concierge-level services to ensure client satisfaction and seamless communication
Handle inbound calls promptly, addressing questions or forwarding them as needed
Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, ensuring it reflects the company's standards
Monitor and manage incoming correspondence, including mail and packages
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with basic computer applications and office equipment
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive experiences
