Job Responsibility:
Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized and welcoming for all visitors
Handle concierge services, offering assistance and information to guests and clients
Operate a multi-line phone system efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
Respond promptly to inbound calls, providing accurate information or redirecting as required
Maintain records and schedules for appointments, ensuring seamless coordination
Assist with administrative tasks, including document handling and email correspondence
Collaborate with team members to support office operations and resolve any issues
Monitor supplies and report any needs for replenishment to ensure the front desk runs smoothly
Uphold a detail-oriented and friendly atmosphere, representing the company positively to all visitors
Follow established protocols for handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
Requirements:
Ability to manage a multi-line phone system effectively and with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members
