We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Yonkers, New York. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage a multi-line phone system by directing inbound calls to appropriate departments promptly
Maintain an organized front desk area while handling reception duties
Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services
Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed
Support administrative functions such as data entry and filing
Collaborate with team members to address inquiries and resolve minor issues
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure an efficient workspace
Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with basic office software applications, such as Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented approach and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent is required
