Job Responsibility
Greet patients and create a welcoming office experience
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
Verify insurance information and patient eligibility
Collect copayments and process patient payments
Manage incoming phone calls and appointment requests
Coordinate treatment schedules and follow-up appointments
Maintain patient records and documentation
Assist with treatment plan coordination and patient communication
Support office reporting and administrative projects
Ensure accuracy of patient demographics and insurance information
Requirements
3+ years of dental office experience required
Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar software preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and scheduling processes
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
