Job Responsibility

  • Greet patients and create a welcoming office experience
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Verify insurance information and patient eligibility
  • Collect copayments and process patient payments
  • Manage incoming phone calls and appointment requests
  • Coordinate treatment schedules and follow-up appointments
  • Maintain patient records and documentation
  • Assist with treatment plan coordination and patient communication

Requirements

  • 3+ years of dental office experience required
