We are seeking a professional and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming office environment.
Job Responsibility
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls
take accurate messages when needed
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate ordering as needed
Assist with onboarding logistics (badges, workspace setup, etc.)
Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
