We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Herndon, Virginia. Job Responsibility:
Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and providing excellent customer service
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy to maintain updated records and databases
Support office administrative needs, such as organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Monitor and address inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming environment
Foster a positive and organized office environment that supports productivity and teamwork
Requirements:
3+ years of solid office experience
Must have Front office experience
Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and manage high call volumes
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
