Job Responsibility
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception space
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Assist with office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
Support internal teams with clerical tasks and special projects as assigned
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Requirements
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
Experience handling multi-line phone systems
