We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Princeton, New Jersey, and requires an individual who excels in managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming environment. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented first impression
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, redirecting calls as needed
Handle inbound calls efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance
Distribute incoming mail and packages promptly to appropriate recipients
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating records
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain file systems effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with mail distribution processes and basic administrative support
