We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office operations for a Contract assignment in West Chester, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, keeping administrative tasks organized, and providing dependable support across reception and office services. The position will play an important part in managing visitor interactions, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with general HR-related administrative needs.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for guests, employees, and vendors with strong attention to detail
Answer and direct incoming calls, messages, and front desk inquiries to the appropriate teams
Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail, including coordinating shipments through FedEx and other delivery services
Maintain the front reception area so it remains organized, presentable, and ready for daily business activity
Provide administrative assistance with routine office tasks such as document handling, filing, and data entry
Support HR with clerical and coordination activities as needed during the assignment
Monitor office supply levels for front desk needs and communicate when replenishment is required
Help ensure smooth day-to-day office coverage by managing essential reception and support duties consistently
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service in a detail-oriented office setting
Experience handling mail distribution, package coordination, or courier shipments
Working knowledge of basic office procedures, including filing, scheduling, and general clerical support
Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a courteous approach
Proficiency with standard office equipment and basic computer applications used for administrative work
