We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless front desk operations and providing exceptional service to visitors and callers. Job Responsibility

  • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming reception experience
  • Manage and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently
  • Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information or directing them appropriately
  • Perform concierge services, assisting guests with inquiries and requests
  • Maintain an organized and detail-oriented front desk environment
  • Address visitor needs promptly while ensuring compliance with company protocols
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in receptionist duties or front desk coordination

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with switchboard operations for 1-10 lines
