We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless front desk operations and providing exceptional service to visitors and callers. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming reception experience
Manage and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently
Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information or directing them appropriately
Perform concierge services, assisting guests with inquiries and requests
Maintain an organized and detail-oriented front desk environment
Address visitor needs promptly while ensuring compliance with company protocols
Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts
Keep records of visitor logs and maintain confidentiality
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with office equipment at the front desk
Support additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist duties or front desk coordination
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform concierge services with professionalism and efficiency
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with switchboard operations for 1-10 lines
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
