We are looking for an organized and efficient Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with prior corporate experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys multitasking with professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the receipt and dispatch of shipments, including handling a virtual mailbox
Use Freshservice to prioritize and address internal ticketing requests effectively
Coordinate daily food and beverage logistics with vendors to support office operations
Assist in planning and supporting in-office and offsite events, collaborating with the Executive Assistant team
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative support as needed
Supervise logistics related to an upcoming office relocation scheduled for next year
Utilize tools like Slack, Envoy, Notion, and Freshservice to streamline communication and workflows
Requirements:
Possess 1–3 years of corporate experience, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to manage receptionist duties and concierge services
Familiarity with answering and directing calls on multi-line phone systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle inbound calls and switchboard operations
Adept at multitasking and maintaining composure while adapting to changing priorities
Experience with tools such as Slack, Envoy, Freshservice, and Notion is highly preferred
