We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia, on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks with precision. You will be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors, ensuring an attentive and organized reception area.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary contact for greeting employees, guests, and vendors, ensuring a warm and attentive experience
Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing them efficiently to the appropriate parties
Oversee daily office operations to maintain a productive and organized workspace
Coordinate and support company events and employee activities, including setup and cleanup
Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean, presentable, and well-stocked
Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks and routine office procedures
Facilitate workstation setup and onboarding for new employees to ensure a smooth transition
Organize and maintain files, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of records
Provide concierge-style services to enhance the overall employee and guest experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk coordination
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Exceptional organizational skills, including file management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Ability to communicate professionally and promptly with employees and visitors
