We are looking for a bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations in Lewisville, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment while keeping administrative activities organized and on track. The person in this role will serve as a central point of contact for guests and staff, while also assisting with mail handling, office upkeep, and basic accounting support. Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors, answer front desk inquiries, and provide a welcoming first point of contact for the office
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and packages accurately and promptly
Support administrative office activities to help maintain efficient daily operations across teams
Assist with basic accounting-related clerical work, including helping prepare or organize statements when needed
Monitor and replenish breakroom supplies to keep shared spaces clean, stocked, and presentable
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure requests are addressed and front office needs are handled smoothly
Maintain an orderly reception area and uphold a welcoming, customer-focused office presence.
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
Experience in reception, front desk, concierge, or customer-facing administrative support roles
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic to intermediate data entry and reporting tasks
Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable communication style
Ability to manage access, visitors, calls, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working on-site Monday through Friday in Lewisville, Texas.
