Job Responsibility:
Manage special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
Certify completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
Requirements:
2+ years of experience
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
Wide ranging experience with Direct Visitors
Comprehension of Department Mail
Quality experience with Professional Phone Etiquette

Expertise in Inbound Telephone Calls
