In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Responsibility:
Oversee the front desk area to maintain an organized and welcoming atmosphere
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Respond to guest inquiries and address questions promptly and effectively
Manage escalations with patience and attention to detail, ensuring guest satisfaction
Operate the intercom system to screen and verify guests without app access
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools to manage data entry and maintain organized records
Coordinate and organize files to ensure accessibility and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to improve front desk processes and operations
Provide support for administrative tasks as needed to maintain seamless operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Exceptional patience and problem-solving abilities when handling guest concerns
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing files and records
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
