We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to support front‑desk operations. This person will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and should provide a welcoming and organized experience.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and check in visitors
Answer, screen, and route phone calls
Maintain visitor logs and front‑desk security procedures
Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
Keep the reception area organized and presentable
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and scheduling
Requirements:
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with multi‑line phone systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented
