In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and callers, ensuring smooth office operations and delivering a positive experience for all visitors.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming calls efficiently, including triaging and routing them to the correct team members
Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person
Handle conflict resolution with composure and poise
Coordinate office tasks such as distributing mail and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment
Perform light administrative duties to support the team’s daily operations
Ensure the seamless flow of communication within the office by handling a multi-line phone system
Provide concierge-like services to enhance the experience of visitors and callers
Maintain high standards of politeness and sharp attention to detail
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations calmly and effectively
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and inbound call handling
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
