Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This position is based in Bonita Springs, Florida, and requires someone who can provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and staff. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy working with people, this role offers a great opportunity to make an impact. This opportunity offers a 4 day work week (40hrs) with occasional weekends required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist clients with signing up for memberships and classes, ensuring accurate data entry and a positive experience
  • Maintain cleanliness in the office by routinely sanitizing door handles, fitness equipment, and other high-touch surfaces
  • Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, providing prompt and helpful responses
  • Deliver concierge-style services to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met
  • Organize and manage files to maintain an efficient and orderly workspace
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for administrative tasks
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a friendly and supportive work environment
  • Uphold a neat appearance and demeanor, adhering to the business casual dress code
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling needs, including occasional Saturday coverage
  • Ensure all interactions reflect strong interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members
  • Friendly and achievement-oriented personality with a commitment to being a team player
  • Prior experience with customer service or front desk responsibilities is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and concierge services is a plus
