We are looking for a personable and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests at a leading hospitality property in Honolulu. This position is onsite, with preference given to Hawaii residents due to in-person work and interview requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist guests and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
Answer phones, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Maintain reception area and lobby, ensuring tidiness and creating a welcoming environment
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues quickly
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing as required
Support front office administration, including filing, updating guest records, and preparing reports
Requirements:
Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with computer systems and reservation or POS software is a plus
Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment
