Our client is seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff while supporting daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Manage front desk activities, including mail distribution, visitor logs, and office coordination
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with office supply management and other general administrative tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy office environment
High school diploma required
