We are looking for an organized and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of office functions while providing excellent support to both staff and visitors. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming mail by sorting, opening, and distributing it, as well as preparing outgoing mail and packages
Ensure office refrigerators are stocked with supplies, replenishing items from storage as needed
Handle deliveries, including faxes, FedEx packages, and other courier services, ensuring timely distribution
Operate and unload the office dishwasher on a regular basis to maintain a clean kitchen space
Keep office and lobby plants watered and healthy
Monitor and restock restroom supplies to ensure availability for employees and visitors
Provide backup support for the Executive Assistant, including preparing beverages and welcoming guests in their absence
Assist with basic HR tasks such as scanning documents and filing projects as assigned
Requirements:
Prior experience in receptionist duties or concierge services
Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and route inbound calls effectively
Familiarity with administrative office tasks and supply ordering
Skilled in handling incoming and outgoing mail processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in maintaining office functions and assisting with general administrative tasks
Effective communication skills to interact with visitors and team members
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
