We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience. This is a long-term contract-to-hire position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the construction/contractor industry.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly
Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate departments or individuals
Handle concierge services, providing information and support to clients and staff as needed
Maintain and operate switchboard systems efficiently to ensure seamless communication
Respond to inbound calls with a focus on detail, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
Coordinate front desk operations, ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times
Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support internal staff and client needs
Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Communicate effectively with team members and departments to support smooth workflow
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall visitor experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a detail-oriented environment
Familiarity with managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and with a high standard of service
Customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions
Proficiency in basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing
Ability to maintain a well-organized and welcoming reception area
