We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage front desk operations effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome residents and guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
Manage visitor check-ins and ensure guests are appropriately directed
Address resident inquiries and escalate questions to the General Manager when necessary
Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area to enhance the overall experience for visitors and residents
Requirements:
Previous experience in front desk or administrative support roles is essential
Background in hospitality or property management is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic office software and tools
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate attention to detail when handling sensitive information
