We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Dayton, Ohio. This role involves handling front desk responsibilities while ensuring smooth daily operations. Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff members with professionalism and courtesy
Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries effectively
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area at all times
Coordinate scheduling and appointments as necessary
Handle basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document organization
Provide support to office staff with general clerical duties
Ensure timely communication and relay messages accurately
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ordering replacements when needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
